Chumba la Cachumba is a children's book commisioned by Ediciones Ekare. The text is a traditional Latin American rhyme that teaches kids how to count the hours. Since it involved skeletons, I somewhat made it into a eulogy for masters of old, a tribute to dead artists.

Lucy & Ricky started as a series of promotional clips for Discovery Kids Latin America. The night before the shoot, Jesus Rodriguez (director) wrote a script adapting the set and characters to a three-minute short film based on a dialogue amongst a Hispanic/American couple.

In 2003 we were commisioned to design the On-Air look of Animal Planet International in more than 7 languages and for 70 countries. The creative brief contained two guidelines: the first was the tag line IT GRABS YOU and the second was to put the viewer in the center of action. The on-air look was re-vamped in 2006 with spots where there was more interaction between animals and typography.

A global campaign for Discovery Channel International, it aired in over 70 countries. This is one of those projects where the end result was the opposite of our original proposal.
